LUNGE PEN AND HORSE WALKER

Situated alongside the stable yard, our Monarch lunge pen provides a safe, secure and purpose-built environment for training horses and developing rider confidence. Constructed with stockboard fencing, a sheltered belt of mature planting and a premium Equestrian Surfaces waxed sand all-weather surface with excellent drainage, it offers year-round usability in all conditions.

The lunge pen is ideal for introducing young horses, supporting the early stages of backing, improving rider position through lunge lessons, or helping less experienced riders regain confidence in a controlled environment. It also provides a convenient additional training space for exercising horses and ponies without using the main all-weather arena.

Adjacent to the lunge pen is our covered Monarch five-bay horse walker, an invaluable facility for the day-to-day management and conditioning of horses. Featuring stockboard sides and a durable rubber-paved surface, it provides a safe and comfortable environment for warming up before exercise, cooling down afterwards, maintaining fitness, building condition or supporting rehabilitation following injury.
