1 commences at 9.00am.

Classes
1, 2,3.
The following classes are unaffiliated but will be judged under SHB (GB)
rules, with the exception that riders can be 14 years and over, however
riders under 17 years will not be able to qualify in classes 2 & 3 but
can still compete in the classes.
To be judged 60% for jumping(40% for jumping and 20% for style) and 40%
for ride and conformation. Penalties as follows: First refusal - 15, Second
refusal 20, Third refusal - Elimination. Fence knockdown -10. Fall of
horse and/or Rider - Elimination. The horse must be shown in the same
saddle and bridle throughout the competition. Snaffles are permitted.
After the start of the competition the rider may not be changed under
any circumstances.
CLASSES 4 & 5 ONLY - NEW 2010 - The ring will be opened up to provide
a larger ring and may involve some cross country type fences/features
to make a true DERBY COURSE. Body protectors can be worn if riders prefer.
CLASS 2 is a qualifier for Scottish & Northern Equestrian / BHS Scotland
Riding Club Working Hunter Qualifier 2011.Horses 153cm and over, 4yo
and over. Riders 17yo and over on day of competition. Fences approx. 3'3"
in height. Judged in line with SHB of GB rules (see www.sporthorsegb.co.uk).
First three qualify for the final. If one of the first three has already
qualified the fourth placed rider can qualify provided they have a clear
round in the jumping phase. To be eligible to compete at the Final at
Blair Castle International Horse Trials in August 2011, the rider must
be a member of a Riding Club affiliated to BRC. Horse eligibility requirements
TBC, will be advised on BHS website nearer the time.
CLASS
3 is a qualifier for Stewarts Building Services / BHS Scotland Open Working
Hunter Qualifier 2011. Horses 153cm and over, 4yo and over. Riders
17yo and over on day of competition. Fences approx 3'6" in height. Judged
in line with SHB of GB rules (see www.sporthorsegb.co.uk).
First three qualify for the final. If one of the first three has already
qualified, the fourth placed rider can qualify provided they have a clear
round in the jumping phase. To be eligible to compete at the Final at
Blair Castle International Horse Trials in August 2011, either the rider
or owner of the horse must be a member of the British Horse Society.

1
DAVID HUGHAN PLUMBING & HEATING NOVICE WORKING HUNTER
Mare or gelding, four years and upwards 14.2hh (148cm) and over, not having
won a first prize of £30 or a total of £100 (or equivalent) in prize money
in any Working Hunter Class, or more than 10 British Eventing points.
Fences not exceeding 0.84m (2'9) in height. Entry Fee: £10
Prizes:
First £15, Second £10, Third £5, Fourth £5. Rosettes to eighth place.
Highest placed RIDING CLUB MEMBER £15 Voucher presented by STIRLINGSHIRE
SADDLERY. Riders must state eligibility on entry form. A bag of HALLEY'S
HORSEFEEDS to the winner.
CLASS
2
McINTOSH & ROBERTSON INTERMEDIATE WORKING HUNTER
Incorporating a qualifier for Scottish & Northern Equestrian / BHS
Scotland Riding Club Working Hunter Qualifier 2011. (See above for
eligibility)
Mare or gelding, four years and upwards 14.2hh (148cm) and over. Fences
not exceeding 1.00m (3'3) in height.
Prizes: First £20, Second £15, Third £10, Fourth £5. Rosettes to eighth
place.
To highest placed RIDING CLUB MEMBER £15 Voucher presented by STIRLINGSHIRE
SADDLERY. Riders must state eligibility on entry form A bag of HALLEY'S
HORSEFEEDS to the winner.

3
PANKHURST DECORATORS OPEN WORKING HUNTER
Incorporating a qualifier for Stewarts Building Services / BHS Scotland
Open Working Hunter Qualifier 2011. (See above for eligibility) Mare
or gelding, four years and upwards 14.2hh (148cm)and over. Fences not
exceeding 1.07m (3'6) in height.
Prizes:First £20, Second £15, Third £10, Fourth £5. Rosettes to eighth
place. To highest placed RIDING CLUB MEMBER. £15 Voucher presented by
STIRLINGHSHIRE SADDLERY. Riders must state eligibility on entry form A
bag of HALLEY'S HORSEFEEDS to the winner.

THE
HIGHLAND FAYRE CHAMPIONSHIP
Open
to first and second prizewinners in classes 1,2,3.
HIGHLAND FAYRE will present award to the Champion, STRATHEARN
EVENTING will present the DALLAMORE QUAICH and sash.
CLASS
4
LYCETTS INSURANCE NOVICE DERBY.
Mare or gelding, four years and upwards 14.2hh (148cm) and over. Fences
max 1.00m (3'3) in height but will be of a Derby course incoorparting
the working hunter fences. This class will be judged on JUMPING ONLY-
judged as a working hunter class but time will be taken in the case of
equality where the fastest round will win. NO SHOWING PHASE. For
horses that have not accumulated more than £100 jumping .
Prizes: First £25, Second £20, Third £15, Fourth £10. Rosettes to
eighth place.
Entry Fee: £15.00
HIGHLAND
FAYRE, Scottish Hampers, will present fitted picnic basket to the winner.
A bag of HALLEY'S HORSEFEEDS to the winner. To highest placed RIDING CLUB
MEMBER £15 Voucher presented by STIRLINGSHIRE SADDLERY. Riders must state
eligibility on entry form.
CLASS
5
MORRIS & YOUNG`OPEN DERBY.
Mare or gelding, four years and upwards 14.2hh (148cm) and over. Fences
approx 1.07m (3'6) in height but will be of a Derby course incooporating
the working hunter fences, there will be some cross country type fences.
This class will be judged on JUMPING ONLY- judged as a working hunter
class but time will be taken in the case of equality where the fastest
round will win. NO SHOWING PHASE.
Prizes: First £25, Second £20, Third £15, Fourth £10. Rosettes to eighth
place.
Entry Fee: £15.00

Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organiser
or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers
of any event to which these rules apply, nor Strathearn Eventing, nor
any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts liability
for any accident. Loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders,
spectators, land or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused
by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
The organisers of this event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure
the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective,
everyone must take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents
occurring and must obey the organiser and all officials and stewards.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
The organisers reserve the right to cancel or combine classes, or refuse
entry.
1. It is a condition of entry that: A skull cap or hat and safety harness
according to the current approved BSI or European standard must be worn
by ALL competitors in the jumping phase of Working Hunter Classes. Skull
caps must have a navy blue or black cover. Horses may be equipped with
boots of a plain colour in the jumping phase only.
2. Entries will only be accepted after payment.
3. No refund of entry money will be made unless cancelled by Strathearn
Eventing. Refund will then be made although 10% of fee will be kept for
administration costs. A S.A.E must be sent to reclaim fees.
4. Any complaint must be made in writing accompanied by £20.00 deposit
to secretary. The deposit will be refunded if the complaint is upheld
by the organiser whose decision is final.
5. All horses must be 4 years and over.
6. Please ensure all litter is disposed of responsibly
DO NOT MUCK OUT IN LORRY PARK PLEASE.
We would be grateful if dogs were left at home but if necessary please
keep on leads at all times. Please take home all litter and droppings.
ALL HORSES MUST HAVE UP TO DATE VACCINATION CERTIFICATES.
